I will love to assist you with your purchase but it seems like your budget is not able to purchase a resale condo unit in Pasir Ris at the moment. Units that fits your budget are those new launched units which will not be ready by mid 2012.

I am also a Pasir Risian. Its a great town, near to the beach, Pasir Ris Park, its like living in a resort :)
