Hi,

I'm a Singaporean resident whom owns a HDB flat at the moment, and wishes to purchase another condo for investment purposes. Are there any good recommendations of condos which will yield high returns? My budget is around $700k - $800k for a 2 room condo, and i would prefer if it's freehold.

Also, would spazio @ kovan be a good choice for investment? Hope i can get some good suggestions and recommendations.. Thank you!

Hi Ferlyn

May I suggest Octet at Geylang? It is a new project and 2 bedroom will be less than $700k. What's more it is a Freehold and one of the district in Singapore with the highest rental yield! Cheers!

Comparing spazio and jade residnce

Jade residence has less road noise.

Jade has nicer landscaping.

Jade is of condo status with larger land area and pool.

Jade is a nearer walk to serangoon mrt interchange / nex megamall.

Jade is freehold too.
