Hi, I'm a Singapore PR looking for a CONDO (1st time buying property), my budget is around 600k.

I prefer the condo unit to be near MRT(Max 5-10min) walking distance.

Do kindly let me know whether this amount is possible, as well as the downpayment required.

Hi

I have a last unit of 1 + study at Laurel Tree. Area is 463 sqft and is only at 598k. What's more. it is a Freehold. Laurel Tree is between Bukit Batok mrt and future Hillview mrt in 2017.

The downpayment for a PR purchasing first property will be:

1) 5% - cash
2) 15% - cash or cpf
3) 5% + 3% (ABSD) - cash
4) 80% - bank loan
