Hi, I'm a Singapore Citizen who reside in Australia. I'm looking for a condo preferably in the East about 2 - 3 bedrooms. Can anyone please advise me of the process, for example the down payment deposit? Housing loan etc...

Hi Steven

Basically, the downpayment will be the 5% cheque of the purchase price. The other 15% plus stamp duty will be a couple of weeks later while the rest of the 80% will be the bank loan.
