Hi i'm a Singapore Citizen(SC) and my spouse is holding a work permit. My payout monthly is around 2k and my spouse payout is also around 2k.
Can i know other than Non Citizen spouse scheme, what type of HDB can we get?

Meanwhile i'm helping her to fill up application to apply SPR.

Hi,

You can apply for a BTO as well, but you have to be 35 and above, and it will be 2-rm in non mature estates. Otherwise, you should consider resale flat as you will have more options. Thanks and hope to assist further.
