hi, im a foreigner who study in singapore. I have 1 sister who is a P.R.in singapore.
because some conditions, we are just living in around 3 years in Singapore so our budget to buy condominium is around 700k for 3 bedrooms. Need to buy this condominium this June.
Do you have any list for condominium below 700k? any location can. Prefer near mrt.

I wanna ask, with just 1 pr, can I buy executive condominium? i search from the internet that the price of "NorthOaks", "Rosewoods", "mayspring" is around my budget, so can i buy that condominium? Please advise.. thanks :D

Hi Johanna,

PR can buy condo. Northoaks and Rosewood condo can be within your $700k. As for Mayspring the 3 bedded is between $720k to $830k.
