Hi i'"m a foreigner renting a 3bedroom unit... Due to some personal circumstances, i was late of my rental fee for 3months to my landlord... My landlord is good enough to still let us stay but i wanted to ask if is there any way that i can pay my late rental fee through installments to my landlord?.. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i really wanted to pay the late rent but i cannot make it in one shot.. Thank you
