2) Yes, you can take a bank loan, you may want to walk in to any bank and enquired more details
3) Yes, you can still keep your condo after you go back to your country
4) Yes, you can buy a condo at $800k, but not in central area

Lastly, you may want to take note that foreigner are subject to additional stamp duty.
