Hi,

You can't get resale HDB as you are not 35 and above. You are eligible to purchase any resale EC or private condo. Thanks and may I assist with your housing plans further? Which locations are you keen on?

For single scheme in purchase of HDB unit, you need to be at least 35 years of age. However, you will be eligible for resale EC.

Hi Ms. Gaby,

As you are only 32, you can only buy resale private condo or new condo. Only when you reached 35 then you can buy a resale HDB. Currently there are new launches of 1-BR which maybe you can consider.
