Hi, Im 31yrs old and have a 4yrs Son, wife seprator for 4yrs, Now i intend to sell my unit at hougang 4s. But the valuation is only $285k, flat is immed move in. I intended to appeal. I approx will get abt 80k-100k cash. Now i not working due to illness, i got approx $50k CPF, Will HDB loan me to purchase a resale flat or can i request those rental one room unit.
Last: I had a few bad debt with few bank, now there are proceeding to sue me. Will the bank touch on my profit.
