Hi, im 25, Single looking to purchase an apartment for myself.
i understand under HBD ruling, one can only purchase a house if you're 35 and above or married, which im none of those. My friend suggested in getting a Condo as its private property, I'm earning on average 28,000 annually. What suggestion do u have for me?
