Hi, i'm 22 and single, if i am able to afford a EC, what are the conditions of it? Does these conditions apply to buying a EC in the free market?

Morning,

With your current age and marital status, you are only eligible to purchase private property. In the case which you are referring to, if you are SC, you are eligible to purchase resale EC that have fulfilled MOP. If you are PR, you are eligible to purchase EC that's 10 years or older. Do work out on your financial aspect as you might not have sufficient CPF and hence need more cash.
