I am a resident agent in Pinevale. Currently to get a unit at $900k to $925k is pretty difficult. As based on last transacted average will at least be $950k.

For investment, definitely there's lots of potential especially with United World College Southeast Asia just across the street and with the upcoming GLS near to Pinevale. Rental Yield easily 4%.
