I congratulate you for making a consideration to invest in this, probably you r thinking abt the 1 bdrm or 1 bdrm SOHO.
As only NPS is the payment scheme, after the 1st 5% booking + 15% payable during S&P exercise, the bal 80% will be payable in stages depending on the Proj construction timeline. Bank loan has to be secured and contracted between you and the bank and this amount will be disbursed from the bank to the developer according to the payment structure.
The first 10% of the bal 80% is payable usually after the completion of the foundation and this is usually abt a year.
