Hi, if the company rents an apartment for their expats, could they enter into the agreement with the landlord but state in the agreement that only monthly rental will be paid by the company? All other costs will be borne by the actual tenant (e.g. repairs, stamp duty, etc). Also, should it be the company or actual tenant that places the security deposit? Thanks!
