Hi,

Only legal owners are allowed to sign on the TA.
Unless there is a Lasting Power Attorney (LPA) signed due to sickness or Power of Attorney (POA) signed due to residence or work overseas that couldn't handle the transaction.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more queries, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards

Good morning,

Unfortunately, only the legal owner/s or Power of Attorney are eligible to sign the TA. In the event that one do sign the TA on behalf of the owner without legal authorization, the document would carry no value in the eye of the law.
