Here are the requirements:

1. 1-2% Commission For Agent
2. Legal Fees of $1500-$3000- Subject to your
legal counsel fees charge and maybe negotiable base on your relationship with them.
3. Any Property Tax outstanding and/or pro-rated up for 2010.
4. Interest Charges from Banks if any to release the mortgage loan if any. Need to check with your bankers about the charges.
