Hi if me and my current wife are going for a divorce, but we own a condo. Can both of us still keep the condo even though we divorce? Any penalty or we must sell it?

Afternoon Ben,

The answer who be NO. Private property do not have exact ruling as HDB unit. Two different individuals of different nationality can purchase a private property, regardless of their relationship.
