Other recurring costs include maintenance fees every quarter, annual property tax, initial renovation and furnishing costs (if any) and monthly unit upkeep costs (for any potential repairs in the unit).

- monthly maintenance fee + sinking fund (generally paid quarterly)
- property tax annually
- income tax if is rented out
- minor renovation or house keep after end of tenancy
