Dear Petrina,

Unfortunately, there is no cooling off period for tenancy. Depending on the clauses stated in the tenancy agreement, you maybe liable to pay up the total amount involved in the whole tenure of rental. Seek your salesperson for his advise and see if he/she can work out something for you.
