You may rent out your HDB as whole unit once you've met MOP.

There are no regulations that prohibit you from renting out your private property as long as the lease period meets the minimum of 3 months.

In conclusion, you may rent out both your property as long as they met the condition mentioned above.

As long as you are SC and have met the 5 year MOP of hdb, you can rent out the hdb. You can also rent out the condo as long as there were no subletting restrictions when hdb granted the approval for the hdb subletting.

Hi, yes you could rent out both HDB and condo unit. But for HDB unit, you will have to fulfill the MOP before you could rent out the entire unit. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
