Hi, if I have a BTO flat but haven't meet the Minimum Occupation Period (MOP), can I buy a private condo for investment? Understand that I need to have $69,500 in my CPF OA or OA+SA. I intend to buy it under my name and I'm 34 years old Singaporean. Please advice.

Ken you cannot buy private condo in Singapore, but you may purchase commercial and industrial property as investment. However commercial and industrial property you may not use your CPF funds.
