HDB flat is definitely as a residential unit, cant be a commercial unit right?

If you are a Singaporean and pondering to purchase a third residential property, you will be liable for the ABSD.

If you dont want to be liable for ABSD, maybe you can consider selling off one of the two properties you currently own before purchasing the next one.
