In general, the answer is yes as most of the units are purchased unit joint tenancy. However, there are also a handful of buyers who have purchased units under tenancy-in-common. As for divorce cases, some of them went into contest for more shares or split. Hence I cannot give you a definitely answer since I do not know your case.
