Hi, I'd already used up the 2 subsidies to purchase a new flat from HDB, thus I will not be eligible for EC, but am I being restricted to purchase the EC thru open market which is still not TOP yet? If possible, any recommandation for 3 rooms on sengkang or punggol? Thanks alot.

Afternoon,

Correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm quite confused by your question. EC are under HDB ruling before MOP. TOP is the time when the buyers get the keys, where the MOP is computed from. Hence EC that have not even TOP is still under HDB ruling, even if it were to be released under SBF. Upon application for such units, if they would even consider, you are third timer.

Hi,

No sub-sale is allowed for EC which have not TOP.
You can only buy resale EC which is more than 5 years in the open market.
