Hi, I would like to sell my property but I am not available in Singapore. Is someone from my family able to work the process on my behalf? Which particular points of the process is it required for someone to be present, or a signatory required? Also, how and how much would it cost me to obtain a POA? Is it sufficient if I typed out a POA myself?
