Its possible. However, you might want to note that not all tenants like to stay close to their landlords in the "dual key" arrangement as it could feel less private. Almost all jumbo units comes with 2 main entrance. However, to qualify for Jumbo unit, an interlink door should exist between both units. This might post as a challenge during rental. As you will be physicals staying within the unit, you will be eligible to rent out the other portion of the unit.
