Hi I Would like to rent out my unit at Lakeholmz condo, corporation road, 6 min to lakeside mrt!! Area 1507 sqft, 4 bedrm, 7th floor.. What is the rental return at present? Can be fully furnished or partial furnished..condition-excellent!! All rooms pool view!! Any agents to market?? Thanks!

Hi Raja,

Would it be better if I can know what is your desired price for rental? 3 bedrooms unit is being marketed from $3800-$4500, while Parc Vista which is slightly nearer to MRT has its 3 bedrooms calling from $3500. I'd advise that we start the quotation of rental at $4200 at the moment. Would I have the opportunity to assist you in marketing this property?
