HI, I would like to rent out my studio unit(592sf) fully furnish. May i know what is the current market rental price that I can fetch?

Depending on the condition of your unit, you should be able to fetch around $3500 to $3800.

A fair market price would be around $3.6k-$3.8k.
Depending on the furnishing also.
