The rental rates is around $2,400 to $2,800, depending on the house condition, furnishing and nearby amenities.

For agent commission, it range from 1/2 to 1 month comm for 1 year lease and 1 to 2 months for 2 years lease. It will depends on the arrangement that you have with the agent you appoint.

Of course, if the agent has done you a good service, shouldn't he deserve a good incentives/commissions as a reward for his efforts?

Hi Jason,

Current units can be asking as high as $3200 but based on my records for rental in Punggol estate, the highest transaction was $2650 for a unit in 106B Punggol Field within the past 3 months. As you can see, price disparity between the asking price and transacted price is quite significant, therefore if you are motivated to rent out fast at a reasonable rate, it would be advisable to price your unit reasonably within the current market trend. With extensive experience doing rental, especially with 5 transactions within the last 1.5 months, I would probably be in a good position to assist you in your rental. Furthermore, with a capable team of experience salesperson supporting you, it is equivalent of engaging a team to market your place when you only pay for the service of 1 salesperson, which I believe will multiply the effect of securing tenants for your unit.
