Hi,

Sure we can work things out and it can be done, but I feel this may be too far ahead in the planning. There are some units landlord purely use for renting out and have no reasons to sell, you may have put in a higher price to motivate them. There are also some who are looking to either rent or sell, you may want to find out a bit before renting. Thanks and may I assist you further with your housing plans?

Warm regards,

Dear sir/madam,

It should boil down to the needs of individual seller and negotiations involved. I have brokered a deal in such arrangement where rental of 6 months upfront was paid and deducted from final transacted price.
