Sure we can work things out and it can be done, but I feel this may be too far ahead in the planning. There are some units landlord purely use for renting out and have no reasons to sell, you may have put in a higher price to motivate them. There are also some who are looking to either rent or sell, you may want to find out a bit before renting. Thanks and may I assist you further with your housing plans?
It should boil down to the needs of individual seller and negotiations involved. I have brokered a deal in such arrangement where rental of 6 months upfront was paid and deducted from final transacted price.

Another 2 exciting international projects awaits our dear investors.
1) El Tesoro, Houston: Already 70% sold with 100% tenancy. Minimum 8.5% yield. 3-4 bedrooms freehold apartments.
2) Parker Street, Liverpool: Studio or 1 bedroom apartment. Guranteed 6% net yield for 5 years. Located in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.
Interested to own one in each project? Get in touch with us to find out more. Get your friends along too!
But no need to contract it down at the renting stage. As you will not be able to predict future market price few months later and owner may change his mind in selling or holding his property along the way.
