Hi Mrs Lee, just like cars, at the end of 10 years COE, still got scrap value, properties of course have an intrinsic value. It is a little bit more complicated for property. It truly depends if the government allows payment of the development charge to extend the lease on the land further. It also depends on the usage of the land and any change in the masterplan.
