Hi,

I would like to look for condo to stay. My requirements are:
1. brand new condo
2. Minimum 3 bedrooms
3. Able to stay this year or may be in 2012
4. strategist location: near MRT

My budget+CPF cash are 400k-450k. The rest will be assumed loan from the bank in order to buy this new condo (1st time buyer). Also willing to service this loan for monthly payment around 2k-2.5k.

Can you suggest any new condo units that matched my requirement?
