Foreigners can purchase most condominium / apartment private developments. However, they be subjected to 20% downpayment and 18% approx stamp duties, which is about 38% within 8 weeks of booking. Is that something you are open to?

You are eligible to purchase a private condo or apartment as a foreigner. But do take note that you are not eligible for Sol Acres EC as you need to form a family nucleus with a Singaporean spouse in order to apply.

Alternatively you might want to consider Kingsford Waterbay which is one of the cheapest new launches in Singapore at the moment. Very affordable. Will you be keen?
