I would like to know how I can cancel the OTP I have signed with the buyer. I would like to cancel the OTP before the 14 days grace period. How to go about it as I was made to sign under duress & pressure. Thks

Sorry to hear that mike. You are not obligated to exercise the OTP on the 14th day. Check with your solicitors if you hav engaged any. Only loss is that your 1% option fee will be forfeited. Read More
