Hi Karen,

Whether you will be liable for 3 or 4 years of SSD depends on the date you exercised the OTP for your purchase.

If you had exercised the OTP for your condo after 11th March 2017, your SSD period will be 3 years. If you exercised before that, then it will be 4 years SSD.

To be sure, do furnish me with your property details, so that I can check and confirm on your exercised date.
