If the agent unable to get tenant, no agent fee involved unless there is a prior agreement that saying otherwise
Agent commision for rental (only after sucessfull deal)
- 0.5 month rent for 1 year lease
- 1 month rent for 2 year lease
Commission is subjected to GST
