Hi Gerval,

Most Treehouse units are likely to be sub-sale units as the launch was back in 2009, and it is nearing TOP.

For Foresque Residences, a large percentage of the units are already sold, and the developer is giving quite good price (compared to earlier buyers) for the remaining units.

For Eco Sanctuary, it will be launched by this year end.

In terms of price, you are likely to find that all 3 developments will be going at about similar per-square-feet (psf) pricing.

This is because they are neighbouring developments, and like Jimmy Oh rightly mentioned, they share the same amenities and accessibility.

As such, do consider your own needs, such as your financial status (whether you prefer new launch projects where the payment is stretched, and you only come up with minimal monthly installments, or you prefer almost ready units that can be rented out for rental income in the coming year).

All 3 developments are by very established developers - Treehouse by CDL, Foresque by Wing Tai, and Eco Sanctuary by SP Setia. All 3 developments have their own condo theme, so do look around and see which concept appeals to you best.

I feel that all 3 developments are worth considering and buying because prices now are currently low. Once the area starts to be developed, with more transport links and even more amenities, prices will go up.

The only downside that I can think of right now, is that the area is inaccessible by MRT, though it is very accessible by bus and car. This may have certain impacts in personal mobility and in renting out.

Thanks!
