Hi, i would like to check what is the procedures and hidden cost for selling my 7 years plus old HDB (4RM) and getting new BTO as 2nd timer (currently: applying for new BTO)

Mortgage balance: $210K
Both me and my wife principal amount with accrued interest: $185K

*not intend to go for resale market as i prefer new BTO
