Hi, I would like to check what is the current practice, how much commission is agent charging for a 1 year lease and 2 year lease for HDB from the owner?
I read that half month for 1 year and 1 month for 2 years is the norm, but it seems like quite a number of agent is charging 1 month for 1 year lease? Is that the current situation now?
