Hi, i would like to check if there is anyway i can appeal to HDB to waive of my levy interest.
As most of my kids are grown up and having a house of their own, i was thinking on downgrading from a 4 room to a 3 room BTO as I am the only one working now as my husband is a recovering cancer patients. Downgrading will be a better choice to lessen my burden.
I just checked with HBD on my levy and it is about 77k which honestly dampen my spirit of selling and getting a smaller house. I am not sure how to go about asking for an appeal. Checking if anyone able to assist me on how to go about.
