Hi Ms Yen,

The agent fees for 2 years lease would be 1-month rental amount. And for 1 year lease would be 0.5 months rental amount.

For example:
Contract lease: 2 years
Rental amount: $4000
Agent fees: $4000

Contract lease: 1 year
Rental amount: $4000
Agent fees: $2000

Hi Yen Yong,

Agent's fee for rental will be:

1/2 month's rental plus 7% GST for 1 year's lease.
1 month's rental plus 7% GST for 2 years' lease.

Hi Ms Yen

The calculation of the agent fee fir rental will be in the form of rental amt as commission. For eg, if a tenant rents for 1 year, then the agent comm will be half month rental of what the tenant is paying. And if it is a 2 years lease, then the comm will be 1 month of rental amt.
