hi! I would like to check for a married couple with the wife as a S'pore citizen and husband a PR....can I sublet our whole hdb flat (fully paid 7 years old hdb flat)? or both husband and wife has to be SC for me to rent out the whole flat? What's the chances of HDB approval this? Thanks.
