Are you looking into buying the resale condo first, shift in and then sell your HDB?
This is the most ideal, as you only need to shift once, but you have to ensure your financial has no problem to complete the sale of the condo first.

Hi,

Based on your budget, you will be able to buy 3 bedroom condo or EC in the north or north eastern part of Singapore.

Some issues that you need to take note. Firstly the downpayment for the condo, it could be 20% or 40% depend on the loan status of your HDB. Secondly you need to consider whether you have sufficient fund for the downpayment, if not you may have to sell your HDB first.
