Hi, I would like to ask whether I am eligible for grants when my family does a Change in Flat Ownership (Not through a Sale).
Current situation is, the house is owned by my father, mother, sister. My sister is removing her name out of the property and to hand it over to me. I understand that her CPF monies supposed to be returned to her, with accrued interest, and my name would be entered in.
I'm a first-timer, living with both parents and a sibling, have about $100k+ in my CPF. I know there are eligibilty criterias to meet for the different grants, but in this manner of "transaction", are grants still granted?
