Hi, I would like to ask. I bought a property and exercise the option to purchase. Have paid the seller of property the 1 percent and 4 percent. Upon completion of the option to purchase in 3 months the seller will need to vacate the property and hand the keys over to me the buyer. I would like to ask, what will happen if the seller refuse to vacate the property after the dateline? What can I do to him? Will the my buyer lawyer automatically ask him to leave? Can the seller refuse to sell the property just before or after the dateline? Thank you for your advise.

Hi Bernard, if that really happen, it would be within your control. And you just got to leave it to your lawyer for further advice. Regards Aaron 97308455  aaronchong2774@yahoo.com.sg Read More
