Hi,

I would like to ask, how far in advance should I start searching for a rental apartment if I have various conditions usually not offered by landlords.
Conditions include: owning a cat (probably limited to Non-HDB), stays in flat alone to large extent (eg. owner not staying frequently) and a low end budget.

Hi, if your budget is low, then probably you should start searching at least 3 months before current lease ended.
