Hi, I would like to ask fellow experienced property agents on the sales of my flat.
I have an exclusive agent to sell my 5 room hdb flat since Phase 2 opened. So far there has already been more than 8 viewings so far, but no offers. Is this normal or does it show that my flat is not attractive enough. I have already lowered my selling price by $50k less valuation price.
BTW my unit has special approval to sell early, and the offical MOP is in August 2020. My flat has minimal renovation and no extended kitchen also. Could this be the reason why there is no offer? What else can I do? I would really hope to sell my flat by end July, before my neighbours flat MOP and everyone starts selling their flats and more competition arises.
I would just like to add that my agent is also selling similar 5 bedroom flats in my same block. And my agent has successfully found a buyer for my neighbour's 5 bedroom flat already. My wife suspects that the agent is using our flat as a comparison flat.
