Hi, i would like some guidance regarding renting a condo. our lease is ending on July 1st so my question is that how soon should i actually start looking for a new unit? thanks.

Hi Mrs Rabia Ayub,

You may start to explore the openings from now as there maybe some listings which is only available from July onwards. At least if you find a suitable unit successfully, you can plan on your moving schedule.
