Good day Jenny .

As to your question, is to do a sale of part share of your condo , for the purpose to remove your ownership from the condo , essentially you need to account for your cpf that is being used in the condo , meaning to return the money back to cpf board .

In addition , need to settle the bank loan too .

BSD buyer Stamp duty payable on the PART SHARE that is bought over from you .

Yes as you said lawyer fee payable .

Hopefully no SSD seller stamp duty which is stamp duty payable for properties that are sold before 4years ownership has past.

Kindly contact me Joanne Chia handphone 8333 3327  for a no obligations chat for your property needs .

My charges are 1% commission for exclusive ( sole agent ) selling rights to your property , or 2% for open listing ( many agents ) .

Good morning Jenny,

In order to perform a part sales, the co-owner must be eligible to secure more loan to buy over your share if the unit had been purchased under joint tenancy. Depending on that date of S&P, you might incur Seller Stamp Duty if it’s less than 4 years from today.
On the purchase of HDB unit, any additional duties payable would depends on both your spouse and your nationality. If both are SPR, 5% ABSD is payable by cash.

Do feel free to contact me for detail discussion.
